The College of Continuing Education and Community Service (CCECS) at the University of Hawaiʻi at Hilo offers a workshop on improving employee performance on Friday, July 29, from noon – 4:30 p.m. in UH Hilo’s UCB Room 118. The cost is $45.
Coaching for Improved Performance is taught by Malati Shinazy, who has worked worldwide as an external consultant and within organizations as both a chief learning and organization development officer. The course focuses on developing the necessary skills and behavior to support employees through interactive coaching while providing a structure for both a development plan and coaching conversations. Participants will develop a coaching template for use with current and future employees.
