The College of Continuing Education and Community Service (CCECS) at the University of Hawaiʻi at Hilo offers a workshop on Leading High Performance Teams on Saturday, May 14, from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m., in UH Hilo’s UCB Room 331. Tuition is $150.
Participants will learn the difference between leading a team versus managing a group of colleagues as instructor Renee Martin shows how to create and effectively manage high-performance teams. The course is recommended for those in a managerial or supervisory position and for employees who may have been tasked to lead a group of workers for a specific assignment.
Private and non-government employers/businesses may qualify for a 50% tuition waiver through the state’s Employment & Training Fund (ETF). For details, visit
